With the latest dimmable linear fluorescent and LED lighting, architects and lighting designers' options for energy efficiency and beautiful, human-centric buildings are expanding more than ever. One of the biggest challenges for professionals in the industry is finding light solutions that positively benefit human health - with all of the artificial light we consume per day, having some natural sources can help keep our circadian rhythms in line with their regular beat. 

As much as we try (and we have tried a lot), lighting manufacturers still haven't quite harnessed all of the healthy benefits that the sun can bring - though they have come close.
